How often do you clean windows?
Most homes are on a 4, 6 or 8 week round. Shops and restaurants are often weekly or fortnightly. We agree the frequency with you when we quote.
Do I need to be at home?
No. For outside work we only need access to the property. Every visit is recorded, and commercial customers can see photos in their customer login.
When can I contact you?
Any time. We offer 24-hour support by phone, WhatsApp or through the customer login.
How can I pay?
Cash on the day, bank transfer or cheque. Business customers can be invoiced.
Which areas do you cover?
Everywhere within about 20 miles of Swaffham Prior, across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, including Cambridge, Newmarket, Ely, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Saffron Walden and Royston. Multi-site clients further afield can ask us.
